We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

• Orders are shipped Australia‑wide (and internationally if offered).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details, references, or specifications.

For digital downloads:

• Files are delivered electronically after payment.
• You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce digital files for commercial use unless explicitly permitted.

All artwork, designs, images, branding, and content on this website are the property of [Your Business Name]. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use any content commercially without written permission.

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment is not received
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
